Bachelor's degree andRequired Experience:
4-5 years' experience managing office and/or clinical activities or equivalent combination. Must include experience managing staff and conducting audits.Preferred Experience:
Experience in a large dental clinic operation. Knowledge of electronic health records and/or AxiUm software.Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and customer service skills. Ability to train staff in use of customer service techniques. Ability to conduct audits to ensure data integrity. Ability to respond to a variety of demands in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of standard office software.Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Familiarity with Article 28 and related health protocols.
