NYU’s prestigious Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Admissions and Marketing Coordinator, Online Programs. The selected candidate will manage and implement the marketing, admissions, enrollment and payment processes for Stern online programs, which are increasing in size and amount. S/he will develop and implement new policies and procedures in these areas and will consult with administrative offices throughout the University to resolve any problems that may arise with student enrollment and/or student accounts for Stern online programs. The selected candidate will influence strategy to improve online programs across Stern.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in higher education, marketing, online content or the equivalent combination. Experience in a university setting or in a non-profit organization is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with strong project management, organizational and relationship building skills. Candidates must have familiarity with word processing and Excel.
