The Student Health Center is looking for an RN to join our Women's Health Department who is interested in working with our diverse international student population at our Washington Square location. The Women's Health RN is able to use critical thinking skills to provide excellent nursing care to NYU students and to manage the needs of a busy department with multiple providers. Triage, health education, and administration of vaccines and medications to students are a routine part of the nursing activities. The Women's Health RN provides patients with contraceptive counseling, reproductive education, support to patients undergoing procedures, and facilitates the workflow of the unit.

New York State RN license and
2 years experience as a registered nurse.
Experience in an ambulatory environment. Emergency room experience (urgent care only); OB/GYN experience (womens health services only).
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
CPR and BLS certification
