10+ years of related professional level experience or advance training in science-related technical support. Must include experience with network administration, configuration, installation and security management in a large client/server operation. Must include management experience.Preferred Experience:

Excellent organizational, project management, analytic and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population of highly technical and less technical staff and researchers. Knowledge of Linux system administration, Windows 10, Mac OS, database management, network administration, network security protocols.
