Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult issues and/or diverse organizations. Strong preference for proficiency in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and/or 25Live. Strong preference for proficiency in query and report writing. Ability to lead a team to facilitate procedural change. Strong technical skills. Knowledge of FERPA and higher education credentials best practice.
