The Administrative Coordinator will split their time providing administrative support to the Administrative Management Council (“AMC”) and the Office of University HR. This position will provide analysis and organization of processes and communication for the AMC. Monitor expenditures; act as administrative liaison for the AMC with other University offices; interpret and apply University policies, practices, and procedures to address various administrative matters while partnering with the elected officers of the AMC. Provide full support for the UHR recognition program events, assisting with activities related to administrative support and events planning.
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination)
