Position Summary

The School of Professional Studies is seeking a Director of Non-Credit Student Services to direct delivery of high quality service to prospective and current non-credit students, implement continuing education policies and practices, adapt operations to academic needs, and provide information for School-wide planning.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Education:
Master's degree in a related field.

Required Experience:
5 years progressively responsibile professional-level experience in student servies, registration or University Administration including experience managing staff and on-line databases.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in Registration Services, preferably in an environment using Peoplesoft.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Exceptional planning and implementation, organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical and client relation skills. Exceptional ability to promote and engage in teamwork. Ability to manage detail in a high volume environment. Knowledge of current and emerging student services technologies.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Database proficiency including managing a complex on-line student information system.
