Position Summary

This position will manage the planning, execution, and day-to-day operating activities related to the launch of our new online undergraduate and graduate degrees in Integrated Digital Media (IDM) within the Technology, Culture and Society department. Oversee the projects and activities tied to the undergraduate and graduate online programs and to the programs’ goals and mission, including working with various stakeholders to ensure all planning tasks are fulfilled and support the approvals and launch of the programs. The future of this position will largely concentrate on the management of the fully executed programs for day-to-day operations of student support, faculty support, and activities to maintain the programs.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelors Degree

Preferred Education:
Master’s degree or higher in digital media or related area.

Required Experience:
3-5 years experience.

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in student recruiting in higher education,

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
ust be able to use Microsoft office + Google software, and be capable of working with program management, webinar hosting, and internal administrative software. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). They should be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision, be strong on follow-through skills, and be able to support relationships with internal and external university partners. Applicant must be detail-oriented, and be able to prepare complex documents (such as course schedules) with minimal errors. Applicant must be a quick learner to master new skills (course assessment, course .

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Must be capable of taking initiative to develop and implement plans and programs, and possess strong interpersonal skills to support student recruiting and to represent the department externally and internally.
