New York University is seeking a Primary Care Physician for its award winning Student Health Center (SHC). Our AAAHC accredited organization serves the Washington Square and Brooklyn locations and acts as a hub for health and wellness activities around the globe for students attending NYU at one of our many study away sites. Serve as a Primary Care physician for NYU's Student Health Center (SHC) and provide high quality medical care to a diverse University community. Focus on prevention, education, management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
M.D. or D.O. degree, Board Certified or Board Eligible in either Internal Medicine, Med/Peds, Family Medicine or related discipline. BLS certification.
2 years minimum experience as a Physician.
Experience working in a Primary Care setting with a diverse, young adult population and/or Student Health Practice setting preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
NY State medical license. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
