This position will advise students in Electrical Computer Engineering department on academic programs, policies and procedures, transfer credits, students on probation, and will make recommendations when appropriate. Advise MS and PhD students on their curriculum and approve their course registration. Monitor and evaluate MS and PhD student progress. Notify students concerning deficiencies. Evaluate transfer credits Correspond with students and prospective graduate students. Write letters of recommendation when appropriate. Assist Program Coordinator and Advisor with Graduate Information Days and Graduate Forum.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to advise and provide solutions to problems.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of standard office software. Excellent oral and written communications skills. Some statistical knowledge is a plus
