Arts & Science is seeking a talented Global Program Administrator (GPA) to join the Department of History. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for NYU History’s global programming, overseeing digital strategy, global platforms, and online communications across NYUNY, NYU Abu Dhabi, and NYU Shanghai. The role manages grant administration and financial operations, including proposal development, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Working closely with faculty, administrators, and global site leadership, the GPA supports study abroad and academic programs by analyzing enrollment trends, coordinating curricula, and advising on program operations, student services, and policy adherence. The position also facilitates collaboration across campuses, supporting faculty, partnerships, and operational logistics while contributing to recruitment and program development. This role may require international travel and schedule flexibility due to time zone differences.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
3+ years Must include experience advising on program or service options, planning various activities and events.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years Experience working within a University or academic setting.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets, web content management, and data management software.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $75,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
