Position Summary

The NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development at the School of Professional Studies (SPS) is seeking an Employer Engagement and Assessment Administrator. 

 

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team engaged in critical activities that support professional and meaningful internship/job opportunities for SPS students and alumni. 

 

The Employer Engagement and Assessment Administrator will oversee the Center’s operations related to employer/industry relations, and will cultivate and strengthen positive employer/industry relationships, serving as a point of contact for employer inquiries, and providing top customer service to stakeholders. Additionally, in partnership with the Wasserman team, the Administrator will create and drive strategies for employer relations engagement both domestically and globally, and execute programs and events such as career fairs, industry networking forums, and corporate presentations. 

 

The Administrator will also analyze data, prepare and present reports, manage the creation of marketing materials, strategize social media and marketing initiatives, and maintain employer engagement tracking in the unit-wide CRM system. Moreover, the Administrator will assist in implementing and managing assessments for employers and students, and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
2+ years in career services, student personnel, human resources, recruitment, admissions or related field and equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience implementing programs and developing partnerships

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team setting. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with MS Office, Graphic design experience (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign)

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $82,548.40. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
