Support the On-Campus Recruitment Program: assist with preparation of publicity/recruitment materials; serve as source of information to students on policies, procedures, and recruitment schedules, and provide other basic information; screen students and schedule appointments; collect and disseminate resumes, job descriptions and other materials. Proofread confidential documents for accuracy and completeness (e.g., I-9, W-4, and On-Campus Student Employee Application forms); maintain a library of corporate literature and reference materials; maintain databases of recruitment visits and appointment schedules; resolve related problems.
Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
2 years of office experience.
Preferred Experience:
1-2 years of office experience with Associate's degree.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficiency with intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Moderate, accurate keyboarding.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficiency with MS Office.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $37.329. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
