Position Summary

Manage operations and day-to-day business for Steinhardt’s Office of Faculty Affairs. Responsible for overseeing all administrative aspects for the onboarding and offboarding of full-time faculty. Serve as the main point of contact for data systems such as WorkDay and Salesforce; manage, maintain, and confirm accuracy of all data and records related to full-time faculty and faculty affairs operations. Create, manage and adjust OTPS budget. Oversee the preparation, process and approve payments and reimbursements through Concur and iBuy, as needed. Liaise with Steinhardt Human Resources and Steinhardt Finance, as a representative of Steinhardt Faculty Affairs.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
3+ years Relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience managing projects independently and as part of a team, supervising office operations, planning and implementing special events, and budget administration.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels. Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $82,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
