Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in business, operations management, or related field.
Required Experience:
7+ years of relevant business process improvement experience in HR, Payroll and Financial Operations.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proven knowledge and application of process excellence, lean six sigma methodology, business analysis, reengineering, and process modeling. Must be a hands-on resource who has demonstrated the ability to (1) apply lean six sigma methodology; (2) analyze and document processes using tools like process mapping, in-process metrics and other process measurement techniques; (3) use these results to recommend process improvements and operations metrics dashboard based on the sponsor's goals and objectives; (4) work with the project sponsor, champion and team members to identify and implement improvements; (5) gather requirement and run Use Acceptance Testing; and (65) deliver results handling multiple priorities. Strong collaborative, change management, coaching and analytical skills. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively handle multiple projects. Ability to develop effective business relationships and build consensus. Strong team player. Excellent writing and communication skills. Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Visio or other business process modeling and analytical tools.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience working in Higher Education or a complex global organization. Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification strongly recommended.
