Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
2+ years Relevant professional level experience in an admissions or equivalent combination. Must include experience in advising/counseling, project leadership/management, diversity recruitment, college access, student success and/or community-based organizations.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years Experience in a project team leadership role and with Slate or other CRM administration preferred.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Ability to market the University independently, provide leadership within a team, multi-task, manage a large volume of work within a set amount of time, work collaboratively and meet project deadlines. Extensive travel and weekend hours required. Valid driver's license required upon hiring. Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Strong data fluency required. A background in recruitment, college access, or community-based organizations is desirable, as well as some experience leading projects.
