Position Summary

Manage programmatic, administrative, and co-curricular activities and communications for the Center for the Study of Antisemitism (CSA) . Partner with Center management in the planning of activities and events throughout the year, support in the development and implementation of new initiatives, and build connections with faculty, staff, and student constituents. Develop and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholder groups. Oversee social media communications about Center activities. Make recommendations for the development of office policies and procedures. Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for process or service improvement.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree n higher education, non-profit administration, or Hebrew/Judaic Studies.

Required Experience:
2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must include experience administering academic programs and events.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with standard Microsoft Office software, Adobe Creative Suite, web design, and graphic design.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $77,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
