Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
Required Experience:
3+ years relevant experience in finance, real estate analysis, investment banking, or a related field. Must have experience in financial modeling, valuation (both income-based and comparable sale methods), and benchmarking data analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated ability to understand management processes, requirements, frame analyses, and research. Proficiency in database applications. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Familiarity with Oracle software including Hyperion Planning and financial reporting query. Knowledge of tax exemption, TC201, and RPIE filings. Background in New York City Real Estate or knowledge of real estate law and regulatory requirements.
