Conduct remote clinical assessments in Single Session Counseling forum. Respond to identified needs of diverse global student population, evaluating seriousness of presenting problems, assessing for safety, providing in the moment support and developing appropriate treatment plans.
Hours: up to 14 hours weekly (hours of operation Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm)
Required Education: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, PhD in social work or Psychology.
Required Experience: Post-graduate experience in crisis response, college mental health, short-term counseling, and group therapy preferred. Experience working with diverse student populations required. Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations required. NY State license or eligibility (limited permit).
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is $60.
