Position Summary

NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director, Experiential Learning in the Office of Learning Innovation. The Assistant Director will collaborate with the team to direct operations and innovate for all MBA Experiential Learning programs. The Assistant Director will manage day-to-day operations of key Stern Experiential Learning programs, including overseeing Experiential Learning communications and marketing communications, collecting and analyzing data for all Experiential Learning courses throughout each semester, attending and facilitating workshops associated with Experiential Learning, and managing annual operating budgets for initiatives and events.

Qualifications

The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant professional-level experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience in an educational service business that requires managing multiple tasks/projects, working with external parties, and satisfying multiple high-level constituencies. Excellent planning, networking, relationship management, verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop and launch new educational initiatives, ability to work effectively with faculty, students, administrators, corporate and community leaders, and knowledge of standard office software are also required.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $63,818 to USD $78,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
