Position Summary

Monitor daily clinical and administrative inventory supply; stock and ensure that all supply areas are uniform and staffed to service the needs of clinicians, administrative, and all staff members. Maintain and update computerized inventory program. Order and dispense supplies, instruments, disposable materials; assist with the supply collection and distribution processes across all health center locations. Initiate purchase order process, prepare, review, verify accuracy and process invoices for payment; contact vendors to resolve discrepancies, and consult with supervisors or others, as needed, on more complex issues; maintain payment records.

Qualifications

Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:
2+ years of office experience

Preferred Experience:
Experience in a health care, supply management, and/or facilities organization.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with basic word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficiency with intermediate-level Microsoft Office. Good writing and proofreading skills.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the hourly rate for this position is USD $34.843. This rate is based on bargaining unit contracts. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
