NYU's Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Admissions Coordinator. The selected candidate will communicate admissions criteria to prospective students and will review and evaluate academic credentials of prospective students including international applicants relative to Stern's MBA admissions requirements. The Admissions Coordinator will assist with developing strategies for achieving enrollment goals through recruiting events. The selected candidate will recommend initiatives to improve communication with the applicant pool, host on and off-site admissions events, and administer a variety of special projects. The selected candidate will also assist in administering the departmental budget, reviewing expenditures, and maintaining budget reports.
The selected candidate must have a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience in admissions, marketing, recruiting, student services or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required. Familiarity with a variety of software applications is also essential.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $59,318.19 - $72,500. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
