Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in theatre or a related field. Advanced degree in higher education administration or a related field. Familiarity with standards, practices, and techniques of professional theatre training. Training in data collection and statistical analysis.
Required Experience:
1+ years of relevant experience advising students or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience maintaining computer spreadsheets and databases (such as Google Sheets, Excel and FileMaker Pro).
Preferred Experience:
2+ years Prior experience in an academic environment, in data collection and statistical analysis, and in program development and marketing.

Ability to assess appropriate student theatre training approaches. Ability to collaborate, mediate and negotiate with a diverse audience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
