The Admissions Operations Administrator at the NYU School of Global Public Health manages application processing, collaborates with faculty to facilitate the review of applications, establishes and implements operational workflow improvements, and manages data analysis and reporting on key admissions performance metrics. This position will provide technical expertise and support in maintaining and improving processes with the student information system and other systems such as the Slate CRM and the University Data Warehouse. The position will also have administrative oversight of the Office of Admissions, including OTPS budget management and coordination of administrative resources and support. The position manages one or more student employees who work to support admissions operations. This is a 24 Month Fixed-Term Position.

Required Experience:
3+ years In a student services oriented higher education setting.
Preferred Experience:
Admissions experience in a graduate school is preferred, although not required Experience managing admissions processing operations for a large college or university.

Facility with student information systems and customer relationship management platforms. Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally. Valid driver’s license Ability to work evenings, weekends, and to travel extensively. Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and other software to effectively visualize complex data and provide reports Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information. Performs work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Experience with Slate CRM and SOPHAS or comparable common application system (CAS) is desirable.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $95,000.00.
