The Program Administrator is responsible for managing the promotional, organizational, and operational services for the Center for Cybersecurity (CCS) and will report to the Director of the CCS Center. Responsible for all of the Center’s operations, finance and budget, and staff management. The Program Administrator will support the CCS faculty and their personnel, and Tandon community. Responsible for creating and publishing CCS' digital content to multiple online distribution points including the CCS and CSAW websites, social media channels and digital signage system.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related area
Required Experience:
3+ years experience including operations, event planning, managing budgets, supervision or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to provide advice, creatively resolve problems, and interact with individuals at all levels in an academic setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of customer services skills. Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite and other composition/file sharing tools (i.e. Google Docs, etc.), social media platforms, data-imaging and sound-processing software. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Knowledge of basic budget and/or accounting principles. Ability to interact with a diverse population at all levels. Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications).
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $107,026.36.
