Manage the daily operations and office activities for Academic Affairs. Monitor students academic and clinical performance for program completion. Advise on academic standards and policies. Evaluate student externship requests and all aspects of the College's participation in national board dental examinations. Prepare institutional metrics for senior leadership and performs statistical analysis on a variety of data, providing a synthesis of information from various systems to support reporting requirements and making recommendations for curricular change.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree and
Required Experience: 4 years' experience academic advising or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret policies and procedures, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse population at all levels. Knowledge of financial principles and basic office software.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $97,094.42.
