Position Summary

Manage and oversee sponsored research for the department of Epidemiology Health Promotion. Assist Principal Investigators in preparing grant proposals, to include providing guidance and assistance in budget preparation and interpretation of funding agency regulations and requirements; review proposals for compliance with policies, regulations, procedures, and facilitates documentation requirements. Prepare and develop grant-funded project budgets. As subject matter expert, respond to all grant budget inquiries from within the University and federal and non-federal sponsors.

Qualifications

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree and

Preferred Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.

Required Experience:
3 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination. Must include experience creating budgets and managing grant accounts.

Preferred Experience:
Experience managing grant accounts in an academic environment.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with word processing, database and spreadsheet software.

Additional Information

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $98,185.00.
