The Senior Director will also work closely with the school’s senior leadership and faculty to articulate and implement a vision of well integrated experiential learning that can serve as a national and international model in innovative higher education. This position will also entail teaching one course per year in the Senior Director's area of expertise.

The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated commitment to the mission of interdisciplinary liberal arts education; extensive experience in the design and implementation of experiential learning programs; a strong teaching record; and skills in team management. Candidates should also demonstrate strong research, writing, and teaching skills, the ability to communicate with different academic constituencies, and should enjoy forging partnerships, building relationships, and amassing support from internal and external collaborators.
