The Instructional Media Operations Supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of Campus Media Support including scheduling of services, set up, operations, removal and storage of equipment and maintenance and repair. This position serves as an on-site consultant for media set-up and special events; troubleshoot equipment, problem-solve, and reassign equipment to staff. This role supervises 9 non-exempt, hourly employees.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience:
2+ years of experience leading technical teams and relevant experience coordinating media operations or 2+ years of relevant experience coordinating media operations and supervising staff.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of media equipment and database software. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $102,000.00.
