Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Bachelor's Degree in organizational development, human resources or business.
5+ years of experience with office management, administrative services, and human resources including budget management and procurement or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a complex, large scale employment arena with multiple stakeholders spanning the organization. Demonstrated ability to build, improve and manage programs and/or services to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
3+ years of project administration experience in an academic or non-profit setting.

Excellence required in representing information, insights and recommendations in written, verbal and visual communications. Strong problem solving skills and ability to determine how to deliver on objectives with guidance, and work independently to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Proficient knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisory personnel, co-workers, subordinates, vendors and other business professionals.
