Work closely with the Tisch School of the Arts Assistant Dean of Finance on strategic planning for all aspects of the revenue and financial aid budgets. Perform modeling analyses on tuition and other revenue- related areas in preparation of multi-year financial plan. Prepare and manage financial aid budget, including creating systems for tracking revenue and donor scholarships over time. Analyze and synthesize student data for enrollment management purposes. Create projections, charts, reports and presentations to brief senior staff, chairs and administrators. Train and manage a direct report with primary responsibility for grants, production awards, fees and other sources of income.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, public administration or related field.
Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in finance, business, public administration or related field.
Required Experience:
5+ years professional level experience with budgeting, financial planning and analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Experience:
5+ years in an academic environment
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Demonstrated planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong quantitative and statistical modeling skills. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with a diverse audience and in a fast paced environment. Ability to understand long-term goals and broader planning parameters, to frame results on financial and policy analysis in a clear, cogent, and compelling fashion. Proficient with advanced spreadsheet (i.e. pivot tables, v-lookups) database, word processing, powerpoint and query tool software.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $135,000.
