NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director, Global Degree and Executive Education Programs. The Assistant Director will assist the Director of Global Degree Programs and Executive Education in all aspects of operations and delivery for NYU Stern's global degree and executive education programs (MS in Global Finance, MS in Risk Management, MS in Business Analytics, MS in Fintech, TRIUM Global EMBA, Custom Executive Education, and Short Courses). They will ensure smooth delivery of all global degree and executive education programs for modules and special events at NYU Stern and work in permanent interface with participants, professors, administrative teams from the global degree partner institutions, on-campus support staff, and outside vendors.
The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree and 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in special events, relationship building, higher education, strategic planning, project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Also required are excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills, proven ability to multi-task, and work with individuals at all levels of an organization, including senior executive groups. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $58,500 - $85,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
