Position Summary

The Programs Administrator, Special Programs, will split their time providing administrative support to the Administrative Management Council (“AMC”) and the Office of University HR ('UHR'). The AMC support will consist of analysis and organization of processes and communications for the AMC. Monitor expenditures; act as administrative liaison for the AMC with other University offices; interpret and apply University policies, practices, and procedures to address various administrative matters while partnering with the elected officers of the AMC. The UHR support will consist of support for Benefits billing and full support for the UHR recognition program events.


Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience:
2+ years relevant experience in administering programs or services, event management, and communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent organizational and project management skills. Excellent problem solving and people skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
