Position Summary

NYU’s Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Director, Financial Aid. The Assistant Director will administer processing for MBA and other Masters level students at Stern including assisting with development of award parameters and ensuring funds are distributed accordingly. The Assistant Director will also administer customer service operations for students, conduct presentations and disseminate information to prospective student, and develop publication materials.


The selected candidate must have a bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant financial aid administration experience evaluating financial aid applications and counseling regarding financial aid, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Federal Student Aid policies and student lending, strong presentation skills, relationship management, and project management skills are also required.
